Welcome to the UAC CRM 6-Day Fast Track Master Class. 

As we begin, you will need to have access to your CRM account. 

To log in to Universal CRM, follow these steps:

1. Open a web browser: Launch your preferred web browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
2. Visit the Universal CRM website: In the address bar of your browser, enter the Universal URL, which is   https://crm.universalaccounting.com, and press Enter (or click here.)
3. Access the login page: Once the Universal CRM website loads, locate the "Login" button on the top right corner of the page and click on it. This will direct you to the login page.
4. Enter your credentials: On the login page, you will see two fields labeled "Email" and "Password." Enter the email address associated with your Universal CRM account in the "Email" field. Then, type your password in the "Password" field. Ensure that you enter your credentials accurately to avoid login issues.
5. No account found: If the "User does not exist" notice appears, your account has probably not been created.
   Enter your information below to begin the account creation process. (Understand that it may take up to 2 business days for your CRM to be created.)
6. Complete the authentication process: If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Universal CRM account, you will be prompted to provide the additional verification code. Open your preferred authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) to retrieve the code and enter it in the designated field. If you haven't enabled 2FA, skip this step.
7. Click on "Login": Once you have entered your credentials and, if necessary, the verification code, click on the "Login" button to proceed.
8. Access your Universal CRM account: If the provided information is correct, you will be successfully logged in to your Universal CRM account. You will be redirected to the main dashboard, where you can access various features and tools offered by Universal CRM.

Note: If you encounter any login issues or forget your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. Additionally, make sure you have an active Universal CRM  account, as the login process requires valid credentials.
